•  Connect with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and concerns.
• Educate clients on available insurance products, explaining coverage options clearly.
• Develop and present tailored insurance proposals designed to provide optimal protection.
• Process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and contribute to a positive agency atmosphere.

Requirements

Valid Texas Property Casualty License (required). PERSONAL OR GENERAL LINES LICENSE NEEDED .

• Demonstrated success in insurance sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their needs.
• Comfort and proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a traditional office setting.
