What We Are Looking For 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, social media, hospitality, real estate, or design Strong native level US copywriting skills Great visual eye and confidence using design tools Comfortable creating short-form videos Proactive, organized, and self-driven Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools Motivated to grow with a scaling brand Bonus: experience with local events or brand What You Will Own Lead US social media across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Create visuals and short-form video content Write strong, on-brand copy for social newsletter and ads Coordinate content with US sales, partners and global marketing Capture partner stories and success cases Support Open Houses, fairs, and US events Assist with paid ads and email campaigns Track performance and improve results What You Get Real ownership and creative freedom Strong growth opportunity International exposure A brand, people genuinely love An ambitious team, building boldly together A compensation range $55K to $75K based on experience and portfolio International work environment Opportunity to grow into Marketing Manager as the US team scales This role is based in Houston, with flexibility for remote work and travel to partner locations Ready to be part of growing one of the most exciting design hospitality brands in the US?
