Manager, Experiential Production

**This is a contract position; we are looking for candidates to work for approximately twelve (12) months, with the possibility of an extension or conversion at the end of the term.** Manager, Experiential Production Scope The Manager of Experiential Production collaborates with a team of cross-functional individuals to meet our revenue goals through the delivery of high-quality entertainment experiences for our consumers at multiple assets. This person is responsible for all aspects of the production and the logistics of event delivery for multiple assets and serves as a key resource for brands, their agencies and Westfield internal departments in realizing and delivering their activations within our spaces. As a Manager of Experiential Production, you will be an essential resource of Westfield’s Experiential Team, assisting with the execution of over 50+ events each year including Premieres, Brand Activations, Seasonal Celebrations, Pop-Ups and more. Responsibilities, requirements, and preferred areas of experience include, but are not limited to, the following: Supports overall sales goal for the events program at Westfield Century City and several other assets in the US, by delivering, upselling and managing production logistics for client events Attends weekly team calls to share updates about upcoming events Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions, including competitors Develops solutions and ideas for clients to perform successfully in our spaces Attends site visits and production meetings Tracks and manages the progress of each job and the documentation involved including production timelines, production proposals, contracts, insurance logs, access, insurance, contract logs, Salesforce, legal and risk reviews Manages revenue generation via production service fees, maintains appropriate margins set by management Liaises with the venue and client on site at the event Manages vendors, labor, contractors to facilitate contracted work Advises center management team on all logistics to ensure clear communications Interfaces with Directors of Event Sales to help provide insights and oversight of venue calendars Advises on how to solve any changes or problems that occur when on site Performs post event completion of costs, invoicing and all related matters Maintains strong relationships with existing and past clients and partners. Arranges and participates in internal and external client debriefs. Collects client feedback, follows-up with clients after events conclude Manages photography, videography and supports with recaps and sales decks as needed Supports evaluation of initial client enquiries with respect to feasibility and desirability Utilizes Salesforce and other internal systems in order to manage the venue sales pipeline Ability to develop formal presentations (e.g., PowerPoint etc.) Reviews and understand contracts and agreements Supports the scheduling and management of client meetings, tours and travel as needed Demonstrated financial acumen to assist in the preparation of annual budgets, reviewing monthly profit & loss statements, assisting with monthly collections of accounts receivables as needed What we are looking for Office hours at Westfield Century City required 5 days a week, pending event, meeting and tour schedules Some nights and weekends required based on event schedules Network of current contacts with brands and agencies Standing, walking, and working outdoors up to 8 hours a day 4-6 years of event production experience Ability to think strategically but also execute tactically Regularly demonstrating superior communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer systems understanding, including various programs and software Effective communicator verbally in person, on the telephone and in written formats Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Compensation $45-$55/hr Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, experience, and skills.
