Mixing Operator - Manteno, IL
Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Mixing Operator to join their team. As a Mixing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the vegetable processing team.
Job Title: Mixing Operator
- Measure and mix vegetable ingredients according to batch recipes and production schedules.
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Adjust ingredient proportions as necessary to meet quality specifications.
- Set up, operate, and clean mixing equipment following company procedures.
- Inspect vegetable ingredients for freshness, quality, and compliance with specifications before mixing.
- Ability to accurately measure and mix ingredients.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow sanitation and food safety standards.
- Basic understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
