Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Mixing Operator to join their team. As a Mixing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the vegetable processing team.

Job Title: Mixing Operator

Location: Manteno, IL

Pay Range: $21.50 per/hr

Shift: 2nd & 3rd

What's the Job?

• Measure and mix vegetable ingredients according to batch recipes and production schedules.

• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.

• Adjust ingredient proportions as necessary to meet quality specifications.

• Set up, operate, and clean mixing equipment following company procedures.

• Inspect vegetable ingredients for freshness, quality, and compliance with specifications before mixing.

What's Needed?

• Ability to accurately measure and mix ingredients.

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to follow sanitation and food safety standards.

• Basic understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
