Job Description

Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Great earnings with future long term career advancement available. As an Insurance Sales Representativeyou will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services. This role offers a minimum base salary of $3,000 per month. Successful candidates can earn up to 75,000 per year, including commission and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads referral sources.

Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

Requirements

Prior Sales Experience.
A Property Casualty insurance license is preferred.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
