Responsibilities Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the purchase ledger function Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and maintaining ledger accuracy Assisting with preparation of payment runs Completing monthly reconciliations and contributing to month‑end reporting Managing the team inbox, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders Supporting continuous improvement of processes and internal controls Providing additional support across the finance team as required Qualifications Prior purchase ledger experience within a busy finance function Clear communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent IT capability, including solid Excel skills and ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive salary and access to a wide range of inclusion‑focused benefits.
