Daycare Aide

Overview The Kid's Club Attendant ensures a safe and positive member experience in the Kid’s Club. Responsibilities Provide child care, including paging parents or guardians for discipline issues and attending to personal needs. Participate in and entertain children with games or approved activities. Administer first aid to children in accordance with company policy. Project a positive, friendly, and caring attitude while interacting with children and parents. Maintain the Kid’s Club area clean and according to set standards. Check that all toys and objects are clean and safe. Ensure safety procedures are followed. Report member complaints, incidents, or health concerns to the Kid’s Club Supervisor, Lead, or Operations Manager. Verify parents receive copies of the Kid’s Club policies. Confirm payments and receipt of receipts indicating membership status. Ensure parents or guardians sign the Kids Club Agreement and the emergency information card at the register. Maintain accurate check‑in/check‑out records for each child. Organization Relationships Reports to the Kid’s Club Supervisor, Kids Club Lead, Operations Manager, or General Manager and interacts with all staff levels within the clubs and the Kids Club Team. Qualifications Experience working with children. Patience in dealing with children and customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Energetic and friendly demeanor. High School Diploma or GED. Current CPR/AED certification. Trust Line certification. State‑specific certifications as required. LiveScan clearance. Adherence to meal and rest break periods and accurate timekeeping.
