Logistics Warehouse Manager

The Logistics Manager will maintain accurate inventory through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts and audits. Position is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of all inbound raw material and outbound finished product. Further, they will be instrumental in team-building and training, creating an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork between management and workers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent in education, certifications and experience.
• 3 or more years relevant experience leading a logistics department accountable for shipping, receiving, and inventory management in the Food Industry or similar manufacturing environment which deals with allergens and perishables.
• Excellent leadership and team-building; experience managing with performance-based incentives.
• Able to analyze and present data and prioritize based on those results
• Experience with Kaizen / Continuous Improvement tools, reducing waste
• SAP or similar ERP software experience
• Some capital project experience preferred; 1 to 3 year plans
