Manufacturing Technician

Adecco is assisting a local customer in Cincinnati, Ohio to fill a Manufacturing Technician position. This role offers an opportunity to build existing mechanical and electrical skills and grow professionally while working with a dedicated team and enjoying Adecco benefits. Perks Pay: $30.00 per hour Shift: Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Training on FOWN Monday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 am Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Eligible for training for the right candidate to grow within the field Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment (electrical, mechanical, and controls) Perform preventive maintenance and minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Ensure compliance with safety standards Train and support production teams on proper equipment usage Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/PPI) Maintain spare parts and assist with updates Required Qualifications & Experience 3 to 5 years of electrical experience or combination of experience and education High school diploma / GED or advanced education Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
