, role-aligned experience where students work directly with a manager and team on meaningful business initiatives. In addition to hands-on project work, participants gain exposure to executive leadership, participate in Huntington's innovation project, and build connections that may lead to future full-time opportunities.

Program components may include: Experience in day‑to‑day responsibilities related to their assigned team Exposure to broader business functions A structured schedule of professional development sessions Opportunities to engage with members of the Executive Leadership Team Discussions with senior leaders regarding career paths and Huntington’s business areas A team project focused on applying Huntington’s innovation framework to a business‑relevant problem Participation in volunteer activities and internal events aligned with Huntington’s culture Retail Banking Internship Overview: Within the Business Management and Commit To CARE team, interns will gain exposure to project and priority management. Students will partner directly with retail leadership, C2C program managers, and retail support partners to contribute to meaningful initiatives that enhance the colleague experience across the Huntington retail team. Interns will strengthen their communication skills while using Microsoft programs, AI tools, and other internal systems to support the development of strategic execution plans and presentations. Opportunities may include exposure to Commit To CARE initiatives, such as the fraud journey, call center partnership and call reduction efforts, enhanced compensation planning, internal AI tool development, and more. Successful candidates are collaborative, organized, process oriented, and eager to learn and grow at a fast pace. Basic Qualifications: High School graduate Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with at least one quarter/semester of school after the completion of the summer program. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice® applications Preferred Qualifications: Course(s) of study applicable to the area of business Ability to maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment that often requires management and completion of multiple tasks Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to apply logical/critical thought processes when developing solutions Ability to display a positive business presence with management and external personnel A strong interest in Banking as a career Relevant Majors:

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
