This role would suit a licensed nursing home administrator who has previously managed a minimum of a 65+ bedded skilled nursing facility and has a track record of improving census, resident care and knowledge of the Ohio state and Medicare/Medicaid regulations. You will be required to focus on providing quality care in line with the company and Ohio state regulations, supporting and developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring successful financial performance. The Candidate The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and within skilled nursing facilities (SNF), that have 65+ beds within them. Along with having experience of managing a team and nursing facility as well as experience of managing financial budgets. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful and efficient community. The position requires a manager who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first-class care is always delivered and be visible around the community. Requirements 2 years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Essential) LNHA qualification for the state of Ohio (Essential) Administrator of a facility with a minimum of 40 beds (Essential) P&L responsibility (non-essential) Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Ohio state regulations (non-essential) Experience with or knowledge of Dialysis & Ventilator units (non-essential) Access to personal car and a valid driving license (non-essential) Location The facility is based in Newark, Ohio and is commutable from Columbus, Zanesville, Lancaster, Mansfield, Wooster, Pickerington and surrounding areas.
