CT Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires expertise in performing high-quality CT scans, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will have experience with Siemens equipment and will be comfortable taking call on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment as necessary.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as needed.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in CT imaging is required.
• Previous experience with Siemens imaging equipment is preferred.
• Current ARRT and BLS certifications are required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Availability for call duties every 5-6 weeks for 3 to 4 days.

Work Environment

This position will be in an acute care setting. The candidate should be prepared to deliver high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment.

Location

The position is located in the vicinity of a major city. Candidates must be within a 50-mile radius of the location.
