West Chicago Living and Rehab Center LLC - Receptionist Tuesdays 3 pm to 11 pm 3 days a week and 6 Am-3 PM 3 days a week, 7 PM to 11 PM including every other weekend Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at the West Chicago Living and Rehab Center LLC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, guests, and team members, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents, guests, and team members in a warm and welcoming manner Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing data entry Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary tools and supplies are available Respond to resident requests and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and in-person interactions with ease Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Perform other duties as requested to support the team and ensure smooth operations Requirements: Must be inspired to serve the needs of our residents and communities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly Friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Point Click Care experience is preferred Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer: (TBD) - We will provide a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, diversity, and exceptional customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr West Chicago Living and Rehab Center LLC
