Production Supervisor 1st & 2nd Shifts

Location: Cudahy, Wisconsin

Salary: $65-75K plus bonus

Job Summary of the Production Supervisor: As the Production Supervisor, you will supervise and lead production staff during designated shifts, ensuring timely and high-quality production output. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from monitoring yields to making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency. Your role will involve training, coaching, and inspiring your team to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections on the production floor to identify and address safety hazards promptly.
• Lead safety audits, promote ergonomic practices, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure product quality by enforcing safety and quality protocols, training staff on best practices, and monitoring compliance with specifications.
• Analyze production metrics, collaborate with management to enhance workflows and minimize costs.
• Provide guidance to production staff, ensure alignment with goals, and conduct regular line meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, along with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience in training or managing staff, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to motivate and coach employees, creating a positive work environment.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work in changing conditions and schedules.
