Requirements:

• Active unrestricted full medical license
• AANP credential required
• Proficient in METs testing evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular
• Willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified
• Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) - REQUIRED
• CV with current home address
• Self-Query NPDB within 30 days
• NPDB self-Query performed
