Manufacturing Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain and improve the manufacturability of designs.
• Ensure designs meet production capabilities and constraints.
• Monitor and align with the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Provide technical support and guidance to both engineering and production teams.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality while reducing costs.
• Conduct regular reviews of production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years of industrial experience
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems)
• Ability to read engineering drawings and a detailed understanding of industrial manufacturing
• Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently, including management and execution of projects
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time both internationally and domestically
