The Role As a Superintendent at Lithko Contracting, you'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. You’ll work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan. Key Responsibilities Develop a project plan for your phase of work. Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities. Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes. Ensure staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output. Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign‑in/sign‑out sheets. Ensure project execution goals are met for your portion of work. Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties. Requirements And Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Outlook. Good organizational and communication skills. 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self‑Perform GC or concrete contractor. Self‑perform experience of concrete is required. Experience with a variety of project types, emphasis on Commercial/Industrial. In‑depth knowledge of construction principles/practices and experience on projects over $1 million. Adept at leading people and driving results for overall project success. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred. Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
