Social Service Coordinator

The Social Services Coordinator will serve as support to the Social Services Department. The position offers the right candidate the opportunity to interface with and support Social Services Team members and patients and become an integral part of the success of a fast-growing health care company. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple priorities at once, be able to communicate professionally with patients and team members, and be willing to accept any task, big or small.
