Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols. You will work within a supportive team environment, providing high-quality patient care from pediatric to geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to thoracentesis, paracentesis, fine needle aspirations, and biopsies.
• Utilize Siemens Acuson S200 and GE Logiq E10 equipment for imaging tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data using Allscripts EMR and InteleRad PACS.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective patient care and imaging quality.
• Adhere to departmental protocols and participate in quality assurance activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current New Hampshire ultrasound license and certification in hand.
• BLS certification.
• At least one year of clinical experience in ultrasound with a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and pathology.
• Ability to perform general, vascular, and OB-GYN sonography procedures.
• Preferred additional certifications: RVT, OB-GYN, AB.
