We are looking for a dynamic culinary professional to join our team!

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
- Bi-Lingual.
- Strong knowledge of P&L.
- Inventory Control, Product ordering.
- Ability to develop cost controls.
- Creative vision for new items.
- Ability to coach and develop staff.
- Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a great team.
What to Expect:
- SERV has multiple container kitchen concepts, each which require an individual to take ownership of the operational execution.
- The AKM role is to execute the systems & procedures set by the Kitchen Manager & General Manager.
- Responsibilities will include ensuring opening & closing procedures are completed daily, including prep, cooking to specifications, cleaning and meeting SERV service standards to achieve excellent guest experience.
- The AKM is in charge of training and managing the team members within their concept, and ensuring timeliness and schedule availability.
- AKM is responsible for ensuring the day to day inventory and item/quantity prepped are in line with the KM's set standards.
