Assistant Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a dynamic culinary professional to join our team!

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:

Bi-Lingual.
Strong knowledge of P&L.
Inventory Control, Product ordering.
Ability to develop cost controls.
Creative vision for new items.
Ability to coach and develop staff.
Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a great team.

What to Expect:

SERV has multiple container kitchen concepts, each which require an individual to take ownership of the operational execution.
The AKM role is to execute the systems & procedures set by the Kitchen Manager & General Manager.
Responsibilities will include ensuring opening & closing procedures are completed daily, including prep, cooking to specifications, cleaning and meeting SERV service standards to achieve excellent guest experience.
The AKM is in charge of training and managing the team members within their concept, and ensuring timeliness and schedule availability.
AKM is responsible for ensuring the day to day inventory and item/quantity prepped are in line with the KM's set standards.
