• Inventory Control, Product ordering.

What to Expect:

• SERV has multiple container kitchen concepts, each which require an individual to take ownership of the operational execution.
• The AKM role is to execute the systems & procedures set by the Kitchen Manager & General Manager.
• Responsibilities will include ensuring opening & closing procedures are completed daily, including prep, cooking to specifications, cleaning and meeting SERV service standards to achieve excellent guest experience.
• The AKM is in charge of training and managing the team members within their concept, and ensuring timeliness and schedule availability.
• AKM is responsible for ensuring the day to day inventory and item/quantity prepped are in line with the KM's set standards.
