Description Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Fresh Perspective Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one care for a client in the home setting. This role includes skilled nursing services and transportation assistance during schedule shifts.
