Maintain accurate records of repairs and service performed. Collaborate with team members to solve complex mechanical problems. Communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors and vehicle operators. Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Stay updated on industry standards, new technologies and manufacturer guidelines. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and manual dexterity are essential, as the role may require lifting, standing, and working in a variety of environments.
