Customer Operations Coordinator

Location: Holland, MI (100% On-Site)

Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 + Quarterly Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Operations Coordinator to support daily order management and client operations within a small, fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and meet expected profit margins.

This position works closely with internal stakeholders and reports directly to the Owner, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor order details including pricing, margins, and delivery timelines
• Support Account Managers and communicate with clients as needed regarding order status
• Oversee and manage online orders generated through the company website
• Maintain and update order records, tracking systems, and documentation
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues proactively
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through organization and follow-through

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar operations, administrative, or coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Highly tech-savvy with comfort learning and using multiple systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Work Environment & Benefits
