Full Time - Client Services Rep

Job Title: Customer Service Representative I Summary: This entry-level Order-to-Cash (O2C) role supports the processing of customer orders and responds to routine customer inquiries with guidance from a Team Lead or experienced colleague. The position provides an opportunity to build strong product knowledge and O2C expertise, with the goal of independently managing a customer portfolio. Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday. Process standard order-to-cash activities (order entry through confirmation and delivery follow-up) for an assigned, supervised portfolio Keep customers proactively informed of order status; Learn SAP （SD module） reporting and act on open-issue reports with guidance Support claim and non-conformance intake with proper documentation #Experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or a related customer-facing environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust priorities based on customer and business needs. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of customer issues through resolution. Experience using SAP, particularly the SD module, or experience with comparable enterprise systems. Experience supporting customers and building or maintaining customer relationships.
