CNC Lathe Machinist – Aerospace Precision Machining
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Job Type: Full-Time
Position OverviewTekPro is partnered with a leading aerospace machine shop seeking experienced CNC Machinists!
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC lathes in a production aerospace environment
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Hold tight tolerances and perform in-process inspections
• Make tool offsets and minor program edits as needed
• Maintain quality and throughput standards
Preferred Qualifications:
• CNC machining experience (turning)
• Experience working with aerospace materials (aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, etc.)
• Strong understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and precision measurement equipment
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent quality
Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift (5 openings in Turning)
• 2nd Shift - shift differential available (milling our turning)
