White Heating is seeking an entry-level HVAC Install Helper in Pittsburgh , PA. This job would be ideal for a self-motivated individual who is customer service-oriented and eager to expand their trade knowledge.

Hourly pay rate: $19-25

• Assist with installations of water heaters, PV water heaters, humidifiers, dryer vents, and dehumidifiers.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, understand, and address their HVAC concerns.
• Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follow all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
• Apply knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience or education in HVAC or related industry preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $19-$25. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
