Family Resource & Support Navigator
CAMBA
CAMBA Healthy Families Program seeks a Family Resource/Support Specialist to work with pregnant/new parents and families in Brooklyn. The role centers on administering the FROG Scale, identifying strengths, and linking families to resources within a home-based, supportive framework.
