DoiT is seeking a Global Payroll Operations Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations for 15+ countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting. This remote role requires coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders across HR, tax, accounting, FP&A and legal. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of payroll experience, strong PM skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems, plus a degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred).
