As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Operations in Fort Lee, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor procedures, and resident assistance. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and help maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk of a residential location.
• Monitor access to the property by verifying visitor information, maintaining entry records, and following site-specific access procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, receive packages and deliveries, and communicate relevant information to residents and property staff in accordance with site policies.
• Support security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities while maintaining a professional front-desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
