Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a* *comprehensive compensation and benefits package**to eligible employees.**In Spokane, WA and Yakima, WA: pay rate range is $74,900 to $98,990.**In Wenatchee, WA: pay rate range is $78,000 to $103,940.**In Kennewick, WA: pay rate range is $79,400 to $108,900.*
