Lead Business Systems Analyst Join our esteemed Randstad client in Washington, DC, as a Lead Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving technological initiatives within the IT Tech Ops Management organization. Our team is dedicated to supporting various sectors including Engineering, Mechanical, SFPA, and the EAM/Reliability roadmap, encompassing both ongoing support for deployed products and the seamless transition of existing ones. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business partners to spearhead the Delay Inputter project and Position Management area initiatives. Assume ownership of the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for several moderately complex processes, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Utilize a structured requirements process, encompassing gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes, to offer informed recommendations to stakeholders. Provide substantive input to feasibility studies for standard development projects and enhancements. Craft, articulate, and communicate comprehensive business requirements to drive the implementation of effective solutions. Liaise with technical experts to facilitate problem resolution and optimize system performance. Contribute to the development of user test cases, validate test results during user acceptance testing, and assist in the creation of user manuals and training materials. Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary, while actively monitoring and analyzing metrics to ensure customer satisfaction. Foster a deeper understanding of IT roles, processes, and activities within business units. Support and contribute to formal project status reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
