Overview Studio Enterprise is seeking an energetic and motivated Contact Center Agent to join its Enrollment Services team. This is a remote, full-time role where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential student enrollments, helping direct inquiries to Admissions Consultants and building rapport with prospective students. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Key Details Job Title : Contact Center Agent Employer : Studio Enterprise Location : Remote (based in Columbus, OH) Salary : $16–$17/hour Hours : Full-Time Schedule : Occasional evenings and weekends as needed Role Overview As a Contact Center Agent, you’ll handle incoming and outgoing calls, qualify leads, and transfer them to Admissions Consultants. You’ll generate excitement about educational opportunities, meet productivity metrics, and ensure accurate reporting using auto-dialing systems.
