Their vision for 2026: a modern CX platform where AI “workers” don’t just automate calls — they act as frontline agents, QA analysts, and managers, continuously executing, monitoring, and improving every customer interaction.This is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the market — and they need the person who can close its next chapter.The RoleThis is a founder-adjacent Enterprise AE seat, reporting directly to the CEO. You won’t inherit a mature playbook or a warm territory — you’ll be closing $250K+ deals in a category that’s still being defined, navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees at billion-dollar companies, and going deep on technical architecture with CTOs and engineering leaders. Every deal you close meaningfully moves the needle for the business.What you’ll own:Close enterprise deals ($250K+ ACV) with 3–6 month sales cycles at large, complex organizationsBuild and manage pipeline from scratch in a market where the playbook is still being writtenGo deep on technical conversations — APIs, integrations, and AI architecture — directly with CTOs and technical buyersWork in lockstep with the CEO and founding team on deal strategy, positioning, and closing tacticsOperate at the pace and intensity a company scaling 12x in a year actually requiresWhat They’re Looking For4–10 years of experience closing enterprise SaaS deals ($250K+ ACV), ideally at a voice AI, conversational AI, or CCaaS company (e.g., Sierra, PolyAI, Parloa, Cresta, Replicant, Deepgram, VoiceFlow) or a comparable competitive spaceA track record that includes at least one of the following:Technical/sales lead experience (4+ years) at a big tech company2+ years at a VC-backed startupFormer founder with a real customer base or funding raisedDirect experience closing $250K+ enterprise deals with 3–6 month cycles at billion-dollar companiesExperience at an early-stage startup (sub-100 employees), building pipeline without an inherited playbookTechnical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and AI architecture credibly with CTOs and technical stakeholdersA genuine appetite for high-intensity startup culture — this team moves fast and works hard (expect 9am–9pm, six days a week)Based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area — this is an on-site role in Redwood City (Monday–Friday in office, Sunday remote); open to visa sponsorship and relocation, including from CanadaCompensation & LogisticsOTE: $230K–$320K (base up to $180K), plus equityOn-site, Redwood City, CAVisa sponsorship and relocation support availableInterview ProcessA fast-moving process for a fast-moving company: a brief intro call, a hiring manager interview, and a final onsite.This search is being conducted by Cube Management on behalf of our client.
