Our stores close at 2pm and you will never have to work past that time. Shift Leader Role Overview We are looking for a Shift Leader. Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Shift Leaders ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Daily Responsibilities Motivate team and set a positive tone. Provide feedback and coaching to team members. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure food and beverage quality. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must be able to pass background check per local, state, and federal law. Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but not required at all locations). Meet driving qualifications required by company policy. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. Physical Requirements The role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Range reflects what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position.
