Role Responsibilities Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems Measure film properties, organize data, and interpret data Troubleshoot moderately complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation Minimum Qualifications Graduating with a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science or a related field Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or related field experience Demonstrated leadership experience Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results‑driven culture Comfortable with fast‑paced and intense working environment Familiar with inkjet process, photoresist and etch Benefits & Compensation Salary: $138,000.00 – $190,000.00 Location: Santa Clara, CA Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Relocation Eligible: Yes Time Type: Full time; Employee Type: New College Grad In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for bonus and stock award programs, as applicable.
