Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate staffing assignments to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and enforce compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Handle emergencies and patient flow issues with confidence and efficiency

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or charge nurse role
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to foster teamwork and positive work culture
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
