Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers. Work autonomously with support from in-house neonatologists and on-call backup. Participate in a team-oriented, high-quality neonatal care environment. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and neonatal care standards. Contribute to continuous improvement and patient safety initiatives. What You Need: Valid Florida APRN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification Minimum of 2+ years of neonatal or critical care experience Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and intervention Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and patient care skills About the Assignment: Join a reputable healthcare network providing neonatal services across multiple hospitals in Jacksonville, FL.
