What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across multiple hospitals in Jacksonville
• Attend deliveriesno transport responsibilities required
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with a high level of autonomy supported by neonatologist coverage
• Participate actively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to high standards of neonatal care
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation requirements
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the neonatal care units

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in neonatal intensive care or related setting
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization and care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
