Job Title

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate procedures within the Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting serving an adult to geriatric patient population
• Perform interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation
• Operate within a unit environment of 3 rooms and 5 beds, supporting an average daily census of 8–10 patients
• Utilize unit systems including Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR for documentation and communication
• Fulfill call requirements of approximately 10 call days per month and rotate every third weekend

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab / EP experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Ability to float within facility and to a sister campus within scope of practice as needed
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements; core items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing, with all compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Epic EMR, Pyxis medication dispensing systems, and SBAR communication framework
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Cath Lab or EP environment
