Position Summary This is an opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic team focusing on quality and performance to exceed our customers' expectations. Hardware machine operators are expected to set-up equipment to install fasteners to customer specifications, and efficiently maintain a quality part through the run. Position requires a constant drive for success and willingness to learn and grow everyday. Responsibilities Install fasteners in part per customer print. Understand and meet job quote times. Reliable, punctual for scheduled shift. Drive to continually learn and improve. Required Skills Technical knowledge of equipment. Able to keep a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Ability to read and interpret complex drawings. High School diploma or G.E.D required. Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion. What we offer Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
