Craft Planning & Mobilization Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Craft Planning & Mobilization Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What You’ll Do Lead craft workforce planning and mobilization activities across the project Interface directly with contractors, unions, and site leadership regarding labor availability and workforce forecasts Assess craft labor shortages, attrition trends, and workforce constraints impacting project execution Evaluate manpower loading assumptions against project schedules and field realities Support development of alternative execution strategies including shift work, night work, and weekend planning What you’ll need Extensive experience supporting: Craft Workforce Planning, Labor Forecasting, Construction Mobilization, Field Execution Planning, Workforce Coordination, Construction Operations Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or related discipline preferred Significant field construction leadership, union labor management, or craft workforce planning experience may be considered in place of a degree Backgrounds originating from field supervision, general foremanship, superintendent roles, union leadership, or construction operations strongly valued Don’t miss your chance to be part of something extraordinary, apply now and let’s talk! #J-18808-Ljbffr QCS Staffing
