The Corporate Recruiter will manage a full-cycle recruiting desk and partner with hiring leaders to provide guidance on market trends, talent availability and recruiting best practices to support successful hiring outcomes. Responsibilities: Handle all full-cycle recruiting activities including direct sourcing, resume reviewing, phone screening, consensus facilitation and offer creation. Build talent pipelines and strengthen Schneider’s employer brand through strategic social media engagement and participation in campus recruiting events. Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruiting strategy, selection decisions, compensation philosophy and the overall hiring process. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field or equivalent full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience using behavioral-based interviewing techniques. Able to take initiative and be a self-starter.
