To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Sr. Tax Associate to join our Wealth Advisory Services team in our St. Paul office. We will take a vested interest in your personal and professional development - come grow your career with us! As a Tax Sr. Associate, your role includes:

• Preparing complex Estate, Gift and Trust tax returns
• Reviewing mid level Estate, Gift and Trust tax returns
• Reviewing mid level individual income tax returns
• Providing estate planning and compliance advice to clients
• Performing/overseeing complex tax research projects
• Proposing solutions to clients on tax issues and suggesting appropriate trust vehicles
• Supervising and reviewing work of staff below manager level
• Fostering client relationships

The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license and/or JD
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience in Estate, Gift & Trust Tax
• Ability to manage and mentor staff
• Advanced technical knowledge of tax concepts and the ability to apply these services to various client situations
• Ability to travel on-site to clients as needed
• Live in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area
