Retirement Plan Specialist

Arista Wealth Management is a fast growing independent RIA firm with offices in Las Vegas, NV, Utah and AZ. We provide services to all types of qualified retirement plans and wealth management clients. We are seeking a specialist to spearhead the firm's retirement plan services in our Las Vegas office. An ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a zeal for retirement plans and customer service. Key Position Responsibilities: Assisting plan sponsors with distributions, loans, hardship requests and required notices Spearheading preparation for plan enrollments and annual reviews Consulting and communicating with clients, participants, record-keepers and financial advisors Proactive communication with clients and participants Management of expectations, timelines and deadlines Management of potential clients Preparation of presentations and reports Required Knowledge: Plan design & compliance, ERISA, DOL & IRS Regulations and Directives, §3(16), §3(21) and §3(38) fiduciary duties, Fidelity bonding, Investment committee meetings, Vesting, Compliance testing, 5500's and much more.
