Adult Protective Services Investigator & Care Planner II
Abacus Solution Group
Abacus Solution Group in Virginia Beach is seeking an Adult Protective Services caseworker to assess needs and coordinate services. You will conduct intake assessments and investigate referrals in line with policy, determining client requirements and resources.
You will evaluate risk and capacity using the Uniform Assessment Instrument (UAI), develop service plans, and connect clients with community resources while gathering interview data to direct care.
