Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using tools like Microsoft Office applications
• Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and communication
• Prepare correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and ensure all materials are error-free and professional

Experience

• Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is required
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in customer service or client support roles demonstrating strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
