Job Description Elevare Branding is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, provide accurate information, assist with questions and inquiries, and help create a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer communications in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with questions, requests, and general information. Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services. Maintain a positive and professional approach during every customer interaction. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Follow established communication procedures and company guidelines. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance. Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards. Follow up with customers when necessary.
