As a Licensed Barber working within a small team, you will provide expert hair cutting, shaving, and styling services tailored to each customer's needs. You will manage appointments using a basic digital calendar, ensuring efficient service typically lasting 15-30 minutes. This role offers opportunities for skill development and career advancement, including senior barber and management positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, shaving, and styling services
- Deliver excellent customer service tailored to individual needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work area
- Schedule and manage customer appointments effectively
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Barber License
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of barbering experience
- Proficient in hair cutting techniques, shaving, and grooming
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation practices
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Familiarity with product knowledge
