Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a passionate Fitness Coach to lead our science-backed, technology-tracked, & coach-inspired workouts while being a brand ambassador for the OTF community. Schedule This position offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling; averaging 13 classes per week with the option to coach additional classes as available within your region. Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness: ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA High School Diploma or equivalent Current AED/CPR certification Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based interval training Experience working in a fitness environment (preferred) A team player committed to growth and excellence About Us The Orangetheory Fitness coaching team is outgoing, energetic, and brings excitement every day to the studio by delivering world-class, strength and heart rate-based interval training.
